I’m a learning experience designer who transforms complex information into engaging and actionable learning experiences. With a background spanning customer education, technical product training, learning program management, and visual design, I design solutions that help people build skills and confidently adopt new tools.
I hold a Master of Science in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Throughout my 14-year learning and development career, I’ve designed and launched learning experiences and comprehensive learning programs across many industries.
My experience includes building scalable customer education programs, creating rapid video and eLearning solutions, leading design teams, independently managing learning initiatives, developing technical training curriculum, and improving learning processes through thoughtful strategy and continuous improvement.
